Cannot use preview window to edit with some combinations of packages and LaTeX \includes

It isn't possible to edit a file by typing in the preview (WYSIWYG) window when using the LaTeX \include
mechanism and some combinations of packages. In such cases, the messages window says
TeXWord: : ERROR: /nowindow.

Specifically, open the file

----
\documentclass{book}

\usepackage[many]{tcolorbox}
\usepackage{pstricks}
\usepackage{pstricks-add}
\usepackage{hyperref}

\includeonly{ch1,ch2}

\begin{document}

\include{ch1}
\include{ch2}

\end{document}
----

where ch1.tex says

----
\chapter{Introduction}

The book begins here.
----

and ch2.tex says

----
\chapter{Conclusion}

The book ends here.
----

Typing in the preview window isn't possible. However, if any of the following changes is made to the main
file, everything works properly:
1. Replace \usepackage[many]{tcolorbox} by \usepackage{tcolorbox}.
2. Remove the package pstricks-add.
3. Remove the package hyperref.
4. Remove the \includes.

It looks like a bug to me. Is there any workaround?

Thanks!

I can't reproduce the problem under BaKoMa TeX 11.50 (Windows)
Your example (as is) is edited without noticeable problems.

It may be useful, if you will provide more information about handling thsi short example.
For example, TeX LOG files, dump from Messages Window.
May be more information about your working environment.

I am using 10.61 (Windows) currently. I tried it on the version that was current last May (which I installed
as an evaluation copy on another computer) and it wasn't working then --- so I didn't upgrade at that point, and
it has taken me a while to ask you about the problem. If it's fixed in version 11.50, that's great --- I will
upgrade.

The content of the messages window that is added after I click on the text in ch1.tex is:

The TeX log file is very long --- do you want me to copy the whole thing?

That is enough.

TeXWord: INFO: SPoint2PCursor: sp=34 -> p=0, sp=34
TeXWord: SP Text Col=15, Line=4, File=???-31339?
TeXWord: WARNING: not found source file: ???-31339?

This problem has been fixed in V 11.41, rev 170830.
So, on our site this fix is included into V 11.41 and V 11.50
